Haverthwaite church on a beautiful September morning, Steve and Lea's wedding day just got better and better as it went along. Over the road to the Haverthwaite steam railway and a trip up to Lakeside for a cruise on Windermere. Then it was back to the Grange Hotel for a great reception followed by a night of dance to a Beatles tribute band. Photography by Tina Luke

Out on the furthermost eastern edge of Cumbria lies the small hamlet of Outhgill and there on a windy (but thankfully dry) day in August, Sarah and Sammy tied the knot in the village church of St. Mary. Guests arrived by Cumbria Classic Coaches and after the service walked the short distance to the marquee reception. Photography by Rachael Winters.

Another 'day out' in sunny Cheshire. First off to Holy Angels Church in Hale Barns for a beautiful service and the best song performance I've heard in a long time - good enough to use as the sound track for the highlights courtesy of The McBeth Sisters. Then off down the road to Cheshire venue Colshaw Hall for an excellent reception and dance.

Just for once it wasn't blowing a gale on Walney Island when Hannah and Jordan married at St Mary's church in August. Then it was off back to Abbey House Hotel for yet another sunny day reception working alongside Steve Hillman Photography.

A long, long time ago, in a land far, far away (Oddendale) I filmed the wedding of Jason and Louise. Louise's little sister was the bridesmaid that day but in August this year I went back to film Rachael's wedding to Neil in the same church at Crosby Ravensworth. A lovely day to be a part of and wonderful to see Rachael walk up the aisle but this time with her sister behind her. retuning the favour.

A trip out to the west coast of Cumbria to film Claire and Andrew's wedding at the beginning of July. Beautiful sunny day, horse and carriage, birthday surprises, lots of games for the kids, Whitehaven Festival day, a stroll by the harbour and oh yes, a wedding too.
